Renovation of 17 washrooms in the building, located at 4900 Yonge street, Toronto. Project included demolition and removal of existing tiles, toilets, countertops, plumbing, doors and partitions. Mold remediation and clean up. Placement of new tiles, installation of new Countertops, sink, plumbing, taps, toilets, toilet partitions, doors, painting walls. Project was completed phases to not disrupt working hour and accommodate office stuff with available washrooms on every floor.
